Made-to-Order & Fulfillment Time

All of our products are made just for you! We work with a trusted third-party production partner, Printful, who prints, packs, and ships your order.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production time before your order ships. This helps us reduce waste and keep things sustainable—thanks for your patience!

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer flat rate shipping via USPS for all domestic orders. Once fulfilled, shipping usually takes 3–5 business dayswithin the U.S.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to reach out—we might be able to make something work!

Delays & Issues

Once your order leaves the fulfillment center, we rely on USPS for delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information. That said, if you’re having trouble or something seems off—reach out to us! We’ll do our best to help you track things down.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details so we can file a claim with Printful or USPS as needed.
